Use of Marketplace

• You must provide accurate account and checkout information.
• You may not use Rarely for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Orders and Pricing

• Product listings, availability, and prices may change without notice.
• An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if a listing contains an error or the item becomes unavailable.
• Rarely may cancel or limit orders that violate policy or appear fraudulent.

Seller Relationship

Rarely operates a marketplace platform. Individual merchants are responsible for their product content, fulfillment, and item-level return conditions where disclosed.

Intellectual Property

All marketplace branding, design elements, and platform content owned by Rarely are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Disclaimer and Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rarely disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
